Ford ‘Mustang Mach 1’ Launch

Ford are bringing their limited edition Mustang Mach 1 to Europe but the pandemic prevented them from using showrooms and test drives in the usual way. So we developed an innovative new to bring the raw power of Mustang into people’s homes, using a commination of augmented reality and real time CGI. Users were able to take to the directors chair and call the shots on their very own Mustang movie, customising every detail in real time, before saving out their unique film to share online, all from the convenience of their mobile browser.

Working with a sound designer, we created a custom soundtrack to perfectly compliment the roar of the engine, and crafted a dynamic landscape that moves from dawn to dusk through the course of the film. Seeing their name in lights as the director’s credit rolls, added the final piece for this bespoke brand experience.
